Leaders In Training

The Leaders In Training (LIT) program at VIctory Christian Center is geared towards raising up at risk children and teens to be leaders in their communities. These leaders are composed of youth who have shown a desire to become the instrument needed to revolutionize their neighborhoods.

What a LIT does weekly:
Every week LIT's help their Bus Captain visit families in their neihborhoods in order to promote the next Saturday Bus Ministry Service. Then on Saturdays, the LIT's assist their Bus Captain on the bus to and from Bus Ministry. When they arrive at Bus Ministry, they attend their discipleship class. Throughout the week, they help out with the Mobile Kidz Sidewalk Truck in their neighborhood.
