FAQ's For Parents

  1. How do I register for camps?
    All our registration forms are online. To hold a spot, Camp Victory must receive a completed registration form along with $25 deposit.
  2. Can I call and reserve a spot?
    No- spots can only be reserved with a completed registration form and the $25 deposit.
  3. What are the age requirements?
    Children’s camp 7-12 (no exceptions)
    Youth camp 13-18 (no exceptions)
  4. Do you have any specials for early registration?
    Yes- you can go to the camp date page for all the information.
  5. What is the cost for a camper?
    Our 3 day camps is $105
    Our 4 day camps $135
    (Price includes $25 deposit; T-shirts will be sold separately in Snack Shack)
  6. When do I send in my registration form?
    All registration forms must be completed and sent in 3 weeks prior to the camp session.
  7. When is my balance due?
    The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to camp session. If remaining balance are not paid 3 weeks prior a $10 late fee will be applied.
  8. Can campers pay their balance at the door?
    No- The fee must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to the camp session. If the total camp fees due are not received at least three weeks prior to the camp session, the reservation will be considered cancelled with no refund. Other than the conformation letter, no additional reminders will be sent.

  10. What is the policy with cancelations and refund?
    Group and individual cancellations must be received in our office no later than three weeks prior to the camp session in order to receive a refund of the full camp fee less the $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per camper.

  12. Arrival and Departure:

  13. When is the arrival and departure time?
    3 day camp arrival time is 10:30 am; departure time is 11:00 am.
    4 day camps arrival time is 4:00pm, departure time is 11:00am
    Registration will not begin until stated time.
  14. Can kids stay later than the departure time?
    No- Camper will need to be picked up at the stated times.

    By request, in church groups, or by age.

    One counselor for every 7 to 8 kids.

  21. Phone calls, Mail, Visitors:

  22. Can we visit our children?
    All visitors must be preapproved and schedule their visit in advance. Visiting times are only during evening chapels.
  23. Can campers receive mail?
    Yes– if you wish to send mail to your campers while they are at Camp Victory, please send it a few days before the session begins. You can send it to 34585 W. Basin Road, Mannford Oklahoma 74044. It is very important that you indicate your child’s name and session date on the envelope. No e-mails please.
  24. Can my child call home if they are home sick?
    Yes- campers are allowed to call home upon request. If campers become home sick and leave their camp session early no refund will be given.
  25. Activities:

    Go-carts, zip-line, swimming pool, hiking, low ropes, horse riding, canoeing, BB-guns, archery, fishing, infallibles, frisbee golf, tether ball, valley ball, nature trail.
  27. Medical Information:

  28. Which medications should my child bring to camp?
    Prescription medications should be in original bottle with only the amount needed for the camper’s length of stay at Camp Victory. All prescription bottles should come in a Ziploc bag with complete dosage instructions. Over the counter medications must be turned in.
  29. Do you give campers pain reliever if needed?
    Yes
  30. Does my child have to turn in his medicine?
    Yes- all medication must be turned in at check in.
  31. Spending Money:

  32. How much money do campers need to bring?
    We suggest $25-$30 dollars for snacks, toys, t-shirts.
  33. Will they need any money for the activities?
    Yes- horse rides cost $10 per ride.
  34. Will campers be responsible for there own money?
    No- Campers are asked to turn their money in to the snack shack; all remaining money will be returned to them before departure.
