FAQ's For Church Leaders

    Registration:

  1. How do I register for camps?
    All our registration forms are online. To hold a spot, Camp Victory must receive a completed registration form along with $25 deposit.
  2. Can I hold spots without registration forms?
    Yes- contact us and we will send you a group contract, when we receive your contract back with $25 deposit for each child, your spot will be held for you. Groups reserving a given number of spaces will be obligated to pay camp fees in full for those unfilled spaces unless we are notified 3 weeks prior to camp date.
  3. Does our church group have to bring counselors?
    Yes– For every 7 kids there must be 1 counselor.
  4. What if we have less than 7 campers?
    You must still bring a councilor for your group.
  5. What is the cost for a leader?
    3 day camps require 1 leader for every 7 kids, the leader will pay $75
    4 day camps requires 1 leader for every 7 kids, the leader will pay $100
    Any extra sponsor’s will pay full price

  6. What is the cost for a camper?
    Our 3 day camps is $105
    Our 4 day camps $135

  7. When do I send in my registration forms?
    All registration forms must be completed and sent in 3 weeks prior to the camp session. A $10.00 fee will apply for each late registration. Be sure all forms are completed before mailing them in, any incomplete forms will not be accepted and will be returned.
  8. Can I add campers to my group later?
    Yes- you can add to your reservation if your numbers increases, as long as space is still available. If additions are not made 3 weeks prior to your camp date a $10.00 fee will be applied to each addition.
  9. What are the age requirements?
    Children’s camp 7-12 (no exceptions)
    Youth camp 13-18 (no exceptions)
  10. Do you have any specials for early registration?
    Yes- you can go to the camp date page for all the information.
  11. When is my balance due?
    The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to camp session. If remaining balance are not paid 3 weeks prior a $10 late fee will be applied.
  12. Can we pay our balance at the door?
    No- The fee must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to the camp session. If the total camp fees due are not received at least three weeks prior to the camp session, the reservation will be considered cancelled with no refund. Other than the conformation letter, no additional reminders will be sent.
  13. Where do I send my payments and registration forms?

  14. What is the policy with cancelations and refund?
    Group and individual cancellations must be received in our office no later than three weeks prior to the camp session in order to receive a refund of the full camp fee less the $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per camper.
  15. Ineligible refund:

  16. The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct becomes in any way detrimental to the best interests if the other campers. No refund will be given in this case.

    Campers who become homesick and leave their camp session early are not eligible for refunds.

  17. Arrival and Departure:

  18. When is the arrival and departure time?
    3 day camp arrival time is 10:30 am; departure time is 11:00 am. 4 day camps arrival time is 4:00pm, departure time is 11:00am
  19. Registration will not begin until stated time.
  20. Can our group arrive early or depart later than the stated times?
    No- do to out going and incoming groups you will need to arrive and depart at the stated times.
  21. Bunking Arrangements:

  22. Will our group be bunked together?
    Yes- as long as we have enough space in the dorms your group will be in the same dorm.

  23. Supervision:

  24. Who is on staff at Camp Victory?
    Camp victory is staffed with a secretary, cook, trained sponsors, and camp directors.
  25. Do our campers always need to be supervised?
    Yes
  26. Phone calls, Mail, Visitors:

  27. Can we have visitors?
    All visitors must be pre-approved and schedule their visit in advance. Visiting times are only during evening chapels.
  28. Can campers receive mail?
    Yes– if you wish to send mail to your campers while they are at Camp Victory, please send it a few days before the session begins. You can send it to 34585 W. Basin Road, Mannford Oklahoma 74044. It is very important that you indicate your child’s name and session date on the envelope. No e-mails please.
  29. Can campers call home if they are home sick?
    Yes- campers are allowed to call home upon request. If campers become home sick and leave their camp session early no refund will be given.
  30. Activities:

  31. What activities do you have?
    Go-carts, zip-line, swimming pool, hiking, low ropes, horse riding, canoeing, BB-guns, archery, fishing, inflatables, frisbee golf, tether ball, valley ball, nature trail.
  32. Medical Information:

  33. Which medications should my campers bring to camp?
    Prescription medications should be in original bottle with only the amount needed for the camper’s length of stay at Camp Victory. All prescription bottles should come in a Ziploc bag with complete dosage instructions. Over the counter medications must be turned in.
  34. Do you give campers pain reliever if needed?
    Yes
  35. Do campers have to turn in their medicine?
    Yes- all medication must be turned in at check in.
  36. Can I give out my camper’s medication?
    No- all medication must be turned in.
  37. Spending Money:

  38. How much money do campers need to bring?
    We suggest $25-$30 dollars for snacks, toys, t-shirts.
  39. Will they need any money for the activities?
    Yes- horse rides cost $10 per ride.
  40. Will campers be responsible for there own money?
    No- Campers are asked to turn their money in to the snack shack; all remaining money will be returned to them before departure.
